Synergie Italia, a leading employment agency based in Sesto San Giovanni, is seeking to fill the following position on behalf of a client operating in the medical sector:

Junior Quality Assurance - Medical Devices

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist who will support quality processes related to software customizations, installations, and servicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

Posizione

Key Responsibilities

Support quality aspects of product customizations, installations, and servicing activities.

Review and approve technical documentation, including installation manuals and training materials.

Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.

Support the management of non-conformities, CAPA processes, and customer complaints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product and process quality.

Requisiti

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

1–2 years of experience in the medical device sector or other regulated industries.

Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work according to established procedures.

What We Offer

Contract Type: Temporary contract (6–12 months).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Location: Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Italy.

Salary and Benefits: CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico – RAL €33,000 + €10 meal vouchers.
